To request a refund, email trybelliva@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number, within 60 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

This guarantee covers one-time purchases made through trybelliva.com. It does not cover products purchased through third-party sellers or marketplaces.
